Independence Avenue Lighting Rehabilitation

Street Lighting Upgrades, Safety Lighting for Public Spaces

The Independence Avenue Lighting Rehabilitation project, managed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), focused on upgrading street lighting along a prominent stretch of Washington, D.C., including areas near the National Mall. This project encompassed twin-top lighting upgrades along Independence Avenue and 17th Street, providing enhanced visibility around key national landmarks like the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, World War II Memorial, and the area surrounding the Washington Monument.


Metro Purple Line Project

Traffic Signalization, Transit Stop Safety, Public Transportation Signage

The Purple Line project, managed by the Maryland State Highway Administration, is a significant infrastructure development aimed at enhancing transportation connectivity in the region. This project covers the first two stops of the new transit line, from I-295 at Riverdale Road to Campus Drive just off the University of Maryland (UMD) campus.


Rock Creek Parkway Rehabilitation

Intersection Lighting, Traffic Signalization, Overhead Messaging, Vehicle Monitoring

The Rock Creek Parkway Rehabilitation project, overseen by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), focused on enhancing lighting and traffic management along this crucial thoroughfare in Washington, D.C. The project included upgrades to street lighting, traffic signalization, and the addition of tunnel lighting near the Kennedy Center, improving both vehicle and pedestrian safety in the area.


Reconstruction of New York & New Jersey Ave

Scenic Route Lighting, Tunnel Illumination, Pedestrian Safety, Traffic Signalization

The Reconstruction of New York & New Jersey Avenues project, managed by the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), focused on improving a critical intersection that connects to I-395 South Bound. This project involved upgrades to street lighting, traffic signalization, and the installation of an overhead Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) to enhance safety and traffic flow in a highly trafficked area of Washington, D.C.
